In
exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and 4.1 of
the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of
Commerce No. 9 (RE 99)/1997-2002 dated the 19th May, 1999, namely, -
In
the said notification, under (7)
appearing in para 2 thereof, the following shall be added at the end:
"and all its Provincial Branches".
This
amendment shall be effective from 19.5.99.
This issues in Public
Interest.
