In
exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import
Policy, 2002-07, and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook (Vol. 1), the Director General of
Foreign Trade hereby notifies the revised DEPB rate of the items as contained in
the book titled �Scheme of DEPB Rates� as annexed to this Public Notice.
This shall come into force from 1st April 2003.
This
issues in public interest.
