NTF. NO. 28/2004, DT. 07/03/2005 - DGFT allows export of shavings of Sambhar and Chital

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 28(RE-2004)/2004-2009 dated 7th March, 2005:-
Para �2 of Notification No. 28(RE-2004)/2004-2009 dated 7th March, 2005 will be amended to read as follows: -
�The condition stipulated in Column 5 against S.Nos.39 & 40 of Chapter 5 to Schedule 2 of the �ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items Ist September, 2004 � 31st March,2009� shall be relaxed upto 30th November, 2005 to allow export of Shavings of Shed Antlers of Chital and Sambhar and Manufactured Articles of Shavings of Shed Antlers of Chital and Sambhar.�
