Notification No. 44 dated 6th

In
exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development
& Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the
Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002.
2. In Paragraph 2 of the Notification No.43 (RE-99)/
1997-2002, dated the 28th December 1999, the word "Mauritius" may be
corrected to be read as "Maldives".
3. In Paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Notification,
the word "Maldives" may be corrected to be read as
"Mauritius".
4.
This corrigendum issues in Public interest.
