Reference is invited to Para 5.11.3 of Hand Book of procedure Vol. I (as updated on 11.04.2008) according to which EPCG Authorization holders having export products falling under those sectors where total exports in the sector/product group has declined by more than 5% in 2007 - 08 as compared to 2006-07 are to be provided with relief in maintenance of Annual Average Export obligation for the year 2007 - 08 in proportion to the decline in export.
- A list of such product groups showing the percentage decline in exports in during 2007-08 as compared to 2006-07 is enclosed.
- All RAs are requested to re-fix the annual average export obligation for EPCG Authorizations for the year 2007 - 08 accordingly.
This issues with the approval of DGFT.
