The undersigned is directed to refer to the above mentioned Policy Circular No.11 dated 27.6.2005 and to say that the entries in the Annexure-A & Annexure-B of the said Circular may be corrected to read as indicated against each of them :
Annexure-A
1. S.No.20 : CAS No.4672-38- may be read as 4672-38-2.
2. S.No.21 : Phosphonic acid methyl-may be read as Phosphinic acid methyl-
3. S.No.24 : CAS No.993-43-1 may be read as 993-13-5.
4. S.No.25 : New ITC HS Code 29209062 may be read as 29209063.
5. S.No.31 : 1-Azabicyclo (2.2.2) octan-3-10 may be read as 1-Azabicyclo (2.2.2) octan-3-ol.
Annexure-B
6. S.No.1 : Carbonic Dichloride may be read as Phosgene (carbonyl chloride, Carbonyl dichloride, carbon oxy-chloride, chloroformyl chloride).
7. S.No.2 : Existing classification coe 285100.00 may be read as 285100.90.
8. S.No.10 : CAS No.868-65-9 may be read as 868-85-9.
