SO(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction in the Public Notice No. 27 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 14th July, 2005 :-
The words and figures "of the licensing year 2005-2006" mentioned in Para � 2 of Public Notice No. 27 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 14th July, 2005 may be corrected to read as "within two years from the date of issue of this Public Notice".
