No. 12 dated 13th August 2002
In
exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development
& Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraphs 2.1 and 2.4 of
the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007, the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items,
2002-2007 and as amended from time to time: -
2. Under the heading �Fertilisers� in Table
B of Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items,
2002-2007, the following new entry may be created after Item Code No. 3103:
