Subject: Procedure for export of sesame seeds to the European Union
countries – Deferment of implementation regarding.
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendment in
Notification No. 37/2015-20 dated 03.02.2016 relating
to procedure for export of sesame seeds to the European Union countries:- The
term “with immediate effect” mentioned at Para 1 of the
Notification No.
37/2015-20 dated 03.02.2016 is amended to read as “with effect from 10.03.2016”.
2. Effect of this notification:
The Procedure/conditions for export of sesame seeds to European Union
countries will come into force with effect from 10.03.2016.
