Procedure for import of various items under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ).

In exercise of powers conferred under Para 2.4 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the DGFT makes the following amendments in Para 2.61 of the Handbook of Procedures ,Vol I :
1.The following line will be added at the end of para 3 :
�For the financial year 2005-06, the last date for submission of application forms alongwith the required / prescribed documents has been extended to 12th December, 2005.�
This issues in the Public interest.
