Subject: Rationalization of procedures in handling redemption requests under Advance/EPCG Authorizations-reg.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, the
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in ANF-4F and ANF-53 of the Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20
In. ANF-4F, under DECLARATION/UNDERTAKING, Sr. No.11 is added as under:
11. The application contains_____________________nos. of EDI Shipping Bills and__________________nos, of Non-EDI Shipping Bills.
In ANF-SR. under Declaration(Undertaking, Sr. No. 9 is added as under:
9. The application contains___________________nos. of EDI Shipping Bills and_______________________nos, of Non-EDI Shipping Bills.
Effect of this Public Notice: ANF-4F and ANF-5B will indicate the number of EDI/Non-EDI Shipping Bills used by the applicant for redemption.
