Notification No. 48 / 2011-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 20^th July, 2011,

G.S.R….(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment And Collection Of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, and in super session of the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 74/2000 - Customs (N.T.) dated 12^th December, 2000, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 915 (E), dated the 12^th December, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such super session, the Central Government hereby appoints the person not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as designated authority for the purposes of the said rules.
