Regarding facility for permitting Import under DEPB Scheme at various
Ports/ Airports/ ICDs through TRA Procedure
Circular No. 13 dated 15th March 1999
Representations
from trade Associations and references from the field offices have been received
in the Board to extend additional various facilities under DEPB Scheme to
various Customs Stations.
2. The
same have been examined and it has been decided to amend Board's Circular No.
91/ 98-Cus. Dated 17.12.98 on the above subject as under:
(a) In para 4
(III), ICDs at Varanasi, Jaipur and Jodhpur will be included.
(b) A new para
5 (III) will be inserted as under:
5 (III) ICD, Nagpur, CFS, Nagpur and Nagpur Airport will be treated as a
single port.
3. All other
provisions and conditions of the said Circular No. 91/ 98-Cus. remain unchanged.
