Regarding facility for permitting imports under DEPB Scheme at various
Ports/ Airports/ ICDs through TRA Procedure
Circular No. 24 dated 13th May 1999
Representations
from Trade Associations and references from the field offices have been received
n the Board to extent various facilities under DEPB Scheme to additional Customs
Stations.
2. The
same have been examined and it has been decided to amend Board's Circular No.
91/ 98-Cus. dated 17.12.98 on the above subject to insert a new Para 5 (iv) as
under:
5 (IV) ICD Varanasi and Air Cargo Complex Varanasi.
3. All the other
provisions and conditions of the said Circular No. 91/ 98-Cus. remain unchanged.
