Customs Circular No. 20 dated 27th March 2003

I am directed to enclose a copy of letter No. Ash/ Misc/ 1/ 2003, dated the 17th February 2003, along with its enclosures, received from Embassy of India, Ashgabat on the subject mentioned above for information and necessary action.

Dear Ministry/ Department,

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has informed the Missions through their Note Verbale No. 04/ 24N dated 31st January 2003 that the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan has introduced new stamps with effect from 1st February 2003 and have sent the impressions of these stamps with the request that the same my please be forwarded to the Customs Authorities for their information. Hence a copy of the Note Verbale and stamps impressions (with English translations) are forwarded herewith for necessary action.

The examples of them are attached.

The Ministry kindly requests you to forward this information to the Customs Authorities of your States.
