Sir/Madam,
Kind reference is invited to Board letter dates 01.02.2016 (copy enclosed)
wherein it was requested to provide port wise details/figures for unclaimed
containers of plant and plant product, abandoned/confiscated by the customs or
the custodian however the requisite report is still awaited. A copy of the
reference was send by e-mail also
2. The report is being called in reference to the issue discussed in the
center CCFC meeting and same has to be forwarded to Department of Agriculture,
Cooperation & Former Welfare. It therefore, once again requested to expedite
forwarding the report urgently to Board.
3. Matter may be treated as 'MOST URGENT'

16..12.2015 under the Chairmanship of Joint Secretary (PP) Department of
Agriculture, Corporation & Farmers Welfare and request to provide port wise
details/figures for unclaimed containers of plant and plant products,
abandoned/confiscated by the customs or the custodian be furnished at the
earliest. The matter may be accorded 'TOP PRIORITY'
