Subject:- Restriction on Import of Peas from 01.01.2019 to 31.03.2019— reg.
Reference is invited to Notification S.O. 6364(E) dated 28.12.2018 issued by Ministry of Commerce
and Industry, Department of Commerce restricting the import of Peas for the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.03.2019. The Notification
comes into force with effect from 01st January, 2019. A copy of the same is attached herewith for ready reference.

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018
S.O. 6364(E).—Inexercise of powers conferred by section 3 of Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation)
Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the
Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy of items of Chapter 7 of the Indian Trade Classification (Harmonised System), 2017,
Schedule – 1 (Import Policy), as under:—
