Revalidation of Special Imprest licence
Policy Circular No. 58 dated 16th December 1998
Attention is invited to Policy Circular No. 16(RE-98)/ 1997 - 2002 dated 1st July, 1998 wherein it was clarified that Special Imprest License issued prior to 12.11.97 may be granted revalidation under paragraph 7.23 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. 1) (RE-98) 1997-2002 subject to a maximum period of 30 months as has been the case of Advance licence.
In partial modification of the above circular, it has been decided that the Special Imprest Licence issued prior to 12.11.97 for turnkey projects be given revalidation upto the contracted period of supply.
