Dear Sir,
Review of statements/returns submitted by banks
As you are aware all scheduled commercial banks are required to forward to us on a periodical basis, statements/returns in terms of various circulars issued by us from time to time. However, in the light of changes that have taken place in the industry, some of the statements/returns being submitted by banks have lost their relevance. On a review it has therefore been decided to discontinue forthwith submission of the following statements/returns.
