Revised quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand (NTF. NO. 21/2004, DT. 10/02/2005)

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 2.1 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No.21/(2004-2009) dated 10.2.2005 :-
The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised as follows: -
Stone Aggregate: 4,78,000 MT
River Sand: 5,32,878 MT
(Above quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised vide NTF. No. 34/2005, DT. 20/12/2005)
"Pre-Revised Stone Aggregate: 3,80,000 MT
River Sand: 4,20,000 MT"
