of Finance (Department of Revenue),
No. No. 8/2015 - Central Excise (N.T.),
dated the 1st March, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i) vide number G.S.R. 153(E), dated the 1st
March, 2015, in clause 4, after subclause (c), in the Explanation, for “For the
purposes of rule 11 and this rule”, read “For the
purposes of rule 10 and this rule”.
