Notification No. 17/2016 - Central Excise (N.T)
New Delhi, Dated the 01st March, 2016
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) read with
sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification
No.31/2007-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 2nd August, 2007,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (i) , vide, number G.S.R. 528(E), dated the 2nd August, 2007,
namely:-
2. In the said notification, in paragraph 6, in clause (ii), for the word,
figures and letters, “section 11AB ", the word, figures and letters, “section
11AA” shall be substituted.
