NOTIFICATION No. 34/2023-Customs
New Delhi, the 29th April, 2023
G.S.R. ......(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do,
hereby makes further amendments in the following notifications of the Government
of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below to
the extent specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -

In the said notification, in the Table, -
(i) Sr. Nos. 13H and 13P and the entries relating thereto shall be
omitted;
(ii) against Sr. No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry “8524 11
10, 8524 11 90, 8524 91 10, or 8524 91 90” shall be substituted;

Customs, dated the 1st March,
2005, vide number G.S.R.
123(E), dated the 1st March,
2005.

In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 17, for the entry in
column (2), the entry “8524 11 10, 8524 11 90, 8524 12 10, 8524 12 90,
8524 19 10, 8524 19 90, 8524 91 10, 8524 91 90, 8524 92 10, 8524 92
90, 8524 99 10, or 8524 99 90" shall be substituted.

In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 7, for the entry in

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st May, 2023.
