CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 15th June, 2012
G.S.R. (E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Finance (Department of Revenue),
No. 31/2012-Customs (ADD), dated the 4th
June, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 416 (E), dated the 4th June, 2012,-
(i) for
“an anti-dumping duty at the rate equal to the amount indicated in the
corresponding entry in column (9), in the currency as specified in the
corresponding entry in column (10) and per unit of measurement as specified in
the corresponding entry in column (11), of the said Table. ”
read
“an anti-dumping duty which shall be equivalent to the difference between the
amount specified in the corresponding entry in column (9), in the currency as
specified in the corresponding entry in column (10) and per unit of measurement
as specified in the corresponding entry in column (11), of the said Table, and
the landed value of such imported goods in like currency per like unit of
measurement.”;
(ii) for “76069191” in column (2) of the Table, read “76069190”.
