Dated the 4th June, 2015
S.O. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby rescinds the
notification no. 47/2015-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 21st May, 2015, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide
number S.O.1365 (E), dated the 21st May, 2015, with effect from 5th June, 2015,
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
