SION - HB Vol.2 Amended/ Added
Public Notice No. 24 dated 28th July 1998
Attention is invited to paragraph 7.8 of the Export and Import policy 1997 - 2002, as amended and paragraphs 7.8, 7.9 and 7.10 of Handbook of procedures, Vol. 1, 1997 - 2002, as amended and also the Handbook of procedure, Vol. 1, 1997 - 2002 as amended from time to time.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 4. 11 of the Export & Import policy 1997 -2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby make the following amendments/ modifications and additions in the Handbook of procedures, Vol.2, 1997 - 2002, amended.
3. In the statement of standard Input - Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of procedure, Vol. 2, 1997 - 2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A" to this Public Notice shall be made.
4. In the statement of standard Input - Output Norms following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
Chemicals and Allied Products:
After the existing entry at ST. No. A - 2079, the new entries from ST. No. A-2080 to A-2103 shall be added as per Annexure "B" to this Public Notice.
Electronics Products:
After the existing entry at ST. No. B - 223, the new entries from ST. No. B-224 to B-225 shall be added as per annexure "C" to this public Notice.
Engineering Products:
After the existing entry at ST. No. C - 358, the new entries from ST. No. C-1359, to C-1367 shall be added as per Annexure "D" to this Public Notice.
Sports Goods:
After the existing entry at ST. No. I - 18, the new entries from ST. No. I-19, to I-22 shall be added as per Annexure "E" to this Public Notice.
Textile Products:
After the existing entry at ST. No. J - 229, the new entries from ST. No. J-300, to I-22 shall be added as per Annexure "F" to this Public Notice.
Miscellaneous Products:
After the existing entry at ST. No. K - 112, the new entries from ST. No. K-117, to K-117 shall be added as per Annexure "G" to this Public Notice.
5. This issues in public interest.
