Public Notice No. 3 dated 5th April 1999
Attention is invited to Paragraph 7.8 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended and Paragraphs 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002 as amended from time to time.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/ modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2 - 1997-2002, as amended.
3. In the statement of Standard Input-Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A" to this Public Notice shall be made.
4. In the statement of Standard Input-Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
Chemicals and Allied Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.A-2181, the new entries from Sl.No.A-2182 to A-2218 shall be added as per Annexure "B" to this Public Notice.
Engineering Products:
After the existing entry at Sl.No.C-1400, the new entries from Sl.No.C-1401 to C-1408 shall be added as per Annexure "C" to this Public Notice.
Food Products:
After the existing entry at Sl.No.E-72, the new entry as Sl.No.E-73 shall be added as per Annexure "D" to this Public Notice.
Plastic Products:
After the existing entry at Sl.No.H-400, the new entries from Sl.No.H-401 to H-406 shall be added as per Annexure "E" to this Public Notice.
Textile Products:
After the existing entry at Sl.No.J-303, the new entries from Sl.No.J-304 to J-305 shall be added as per Annexure "F" to this Public Notice.
5. This issues in Public interest.
