SION - HB Vol.2 amended/ Added
Public Notice No. 43 dated 25th September 1997
Attention is invited to Paras 7.8, 7.9 and 7.10 of Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1, 1997-2002, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 1/ 1997-2002 dated 31-3-1997 and Handbook of Procedure, Vol.2, 1997-2002 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 2/ 1997-2002 dated 31-3-1997.
2. In the statement of Standard Input-Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedure, Vol.2, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A" to this Public Notice shall be made.
3. In the statement of Standard Input-Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
Chemicals and Allied Products:
(1) After Entry No. A-1952, the new entries from SI. No. A-1953 to A-1970 shall be added as per Annexure "B" to this Public Notice.
Electronics Products:
(2) After Entry No. B-213, the new entry as Sl. No. B-214 shall be added as per Annexure "C" to this Public Notice.
Engineering Products:
(3) After Entry No. C-1301, the new entries from SI. No. C-1302 to C-1308 shall be added as per Annexure "D" to this Public Notice.
Plastic Products:
(4) After Entry No. H-359, the new entries from SI. No. H-360 to H-364 shall be added as per Annexure "E" to this Public Notice.
Sports Goods:
(5) After Entry No. 1-12, the new entries from SI. No. 1-13 to 1-15 shall be added as per Annexure "F" to this Public Notice.
Miscellaneous Products:
(6) After Entry No. K-106, the new entry as SI. No. K-107 shall be added as per Annexure "G" to this Public Notice.
4. This issues in public interest.
Amendments/ Corrections:
Besides, the following norms have been altered/ amended/ deleted vide this Public Notice:
Chemicals and Allied Products: S. No. A504, A1561, A1759;
Engineering Products: S. No. C29, C470, C601;
Plastic Products: S. No. p31, p35;
All these amendments have been incorporated in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. II). To view these changes, go to appropriate book sections.
