Surat as special economic zone in the State of Gujarat
|
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies the places comprising of the following area in the state of Gujarat as special economic zone for Appeal, namely :
1. Village : Sachin
2. Taluka : Choryashi
3. District : Surat
4. Block Nos : 94/93/P, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 92, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112/P, 113/P, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, and 130/P
The total area of the special economic zone for Apparel shall be 56.64 hectares.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
