Public Notice No. 76 dated 5^th March 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, and in accordance with Paragraph 7.10 of Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of foreign Trade hereby includes the following item in the Annexure-1 to Appendix-39 i.e. list of items allowed to be exported to, Russian Federation under the relaxed value addition norms with their ITC (HS} classification of the Export-Import items of the Handbook of Procedures, 1997-2002, Vol. 1:

         "8. X-ray apparatus for baggage and cargo inspection (Exim Code No. 90.22)"
