PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 132 (RE-2007)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 29th March 2008
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007):
- After VKGUY Product Code No. 10.29, contained in Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following is added as under:

- In VKGUY product Code 10.28, notified vide Public Notice No 116 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 27.2.2008, the ITC HS Code against Sr. No (i) in Column 3 is corrected to read as ‘080131’, instead of ‘080132’.
- Further, for items included / modified vide Public Notice Nos. 104 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 23.1.2008, 108 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 7.2.2008, 116 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 27.2.2008, 128 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 26.3.2008 and this Public Notice, the last date for filing applications on time shall be 30.9.2008 or time period permitted in Para 3.19.1 of HBP v1 (RE2007), whichever is later.
