S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, as amended from the time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby extends the validity of the Public Notice No.95 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated the 30th March, 2006, read with Public Notice No. 39 (RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 31.07.2006, for export of “Sandalwood Oil” till 31.12.2008, for the balance quantity of 1143.5 Kg.
- This issues in public interest.
