G.S.R. No. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3
of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules,
1997, and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue)
No.105/2008-Customs (N.T) issued
vide G.S.R. No.631(E) dated the 2nd September, 2008, the Central Government
hereby appoints Ms. Praveen Mahajan as Director General (Safeguard) for the
purposes of the said Rules.
