NEW DELHI: Shares of Mold Tek Tech NSE 13.53 %, Chaman Lal Setia NSE 15.94 %, Cadila Healthcare NSE 8.34 %, M&M Financial and Jindal Saw NSE 4.81 %, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:11AM(IST)on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 133.85 points to 17720.2 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Adani Transmission NSE -10.00 %, Nahar Poly Film NSE -9.63 %, Nahar Spinning NSE -7.07 %, Nahar Capital and Mohota Industries NSE 2.04 %, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 11 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 39 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank NSE 2.24 %, Adani Ports SEZ NSE 4.02 %, Hero MotoCorp NSE 1.22 %, ITC and BPCL were among top gainers, while Adani Ent., Divis Labs NSE -4.09 %, Hindalco NSE -1.84 %,
The BSE Sensex was trading 426.0 points down at 60415.88 at 11:11AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in IT - Hardware, Electric/Electronics, Rubber, FMCG and Industrial Equipment sectors, while selling was visible in Glass, Textiles, Agro Processing, Infrastructure and Plastics sectors.
