Explosives as defined in the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 (IV of 1884)
Prohibition: Bringing into India by sea or by land save in accordance with the provisions of that Act and of the rules and orders for the time being in force thereunder [Ref. Ntfn 64 dated 17.09.1932]
