Addition of Appendix 59 to Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I)
Public Notice No. 41 dated 8th October 2001
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part-II- Section 3 � Sub- section (ii) vide S.O No. 283(E) dated 31.3.97, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) (RE-2001), 1997-2002.
1. The following shall be added as:
Appendix - 59
Agri Export Zone
Note: Please see paragraph 16.2 and 16.3 of the Policy
The following shall be notified as an Agri Export Zone for the products mentioned therein. The Agri export zone shall cover the district specified in the table below:
