G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (lmports), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs (Import), Chennai Seaport for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. I. G, International, SCF-12, Sabji Mandl, Sector-26, Chandigarh, issued vide F.No. DRI/BZU/C/19/2002, dated the 26th February, 2004 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 3rd floor, Hotel Waldorf, 16, Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai- 400005.
