Subject: amendment in ANF 2-A of HBP vol.1
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2009-2014 the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendment in Handbook of Procedures Vol. 1 2009-2014:-
ANF 2 - A
Para 3 (B) of Part B of the "Guidelines for Applicants" given at the end of
proforma ANF 2-A of HBP Vol. 1 is hereby amended to read as under: -
B-3. No fee is payable for modification/amendment if such application is made
within 90 days provided, however, that RA issuing I.E.Code may condone delay on
payment of penalty of Rs.1000/- to be made in the form of Demand Draft. No fee
is required for inclusion of PAN no. in the old IEC.
This issues in public interest.
