PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 20 /2009-2014
NEW DELHI DATED 23rd NOVEMBER, 2009
In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2009-2014, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendments in Appendix 2 of the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I:
“The product “Agarbattis”, presently appearing under the jurisdiction of Basic
Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Export Promotion Council (CHEMEXCIL)
under Sr. No. 2 of Appendix-2 of HBP Vol.I is hereby removed from the
jurisdiction of Basic Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Export Promotion
Council (CHEMEXCIL) and allocated under the jurisdiction of Export Promotion
Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) appearing under Sr. no. 10 of HBP Vol. I.”
