Public Notice No. 60/2015-2020

Subject: Amendment in Appendix 2E (List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin– Non Preferential) regarding incorporation of name of M/s Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre and its branches.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following addition at S.No. 9 under sub-­heading Karnataka in Appendix 2E (List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin-Non Preferential) of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020.

2. Accordingly, name of the above agency along with its branches has been added at S.No. 9 (Karnataka) of Appendix 2E (List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin-Non Preferential) to Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 (Appendices & ANFs).

3. Effect of this Public Notice: In continuation with the Public Notice No.11/2009-2014 dated 07.05.2013, M/s Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre along with its branches have been added under Appendix 2E of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 for issuing Certificate of Origin, Non-Preferential.
