Subject: Amendment in Appendix 2E (List of
agencies to issue Certificate of Origin-Non Preferential) regarding change in
Indian Chemical Council branch address for Certificate of Origin
- In exercise of powers conferred
under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General
of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment at S.No. 9 under the
subheading Maharashtra in Appendix 2E (List of Agencies authorized to issue
Certificate of Origin-Non Preferential) of the Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020
to reflect the change in branch office address as under:
