Public Notice 19/2015-2020

Subject: Amendment in Appendix 2G (List of Inspection and Certification Agencies of Handbook of Procedures (Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms) 2015-20.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix-2G (List of Inspection and Certification Agencies) of Handbook of Procedures.

(I) Annexure to the Public Notice No. 15/2015-2020 is being re-notified as in the Annexure attached to this Public Notice, containing the list of approved Spectrometers and Survey Meters for issuance of PSIC.

(II) Pre-Shipment Inspection Agency (PSIA) as listed below is hereby de-listed from Appendix 2G of H.B.P.

2. Effect of Public Notice

1. Annexure to the Public Notice No. 15/2015-2020 is replaced.

2. M/s SNG Inspection Services, UP with its branch offices in Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia is de-listed from Appendix 2G and made ineligible issue Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificates.
