Amendment in First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act
Notification
No. 134 dated 31st December 2001
In
exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 119 of the Finance
Act, 2001 (14 of 2001), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st
day of January 2002, as the date from which the First Schedule to the Customs
Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) shall be amended in the manner specified in the
Third Schedule to the said Finance Act.
