Amendment in Paragraph 3 of Notification No. 15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.6.2006 in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009.

DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
S.O.(E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Paragraph 3 of Notification No.15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006 as amended, to include the following sentence, at the end of said paragraph :-
“The prohibition shall not apply to export of Dollar Gram (Chana) executed under the specific permission granted by DGFT.”
