NOTIFICATION NO. 2 (RE-2007)/ 2004-2009
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 19th APRIL 2007
S.O.(E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para
2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009,(as amended from time to time), the
Central Government hereby makes following amendment with immediate effect in
Paragraph 3 of Notification No. 15 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006 as
amended:-
- The following words mentioned in Para 3 shall stand deleted:
“and shall not apply to imports already effected against Advance Licences/Authorizations
issued prior to the date of issue of this Notification”.
- This issues in Public interest.
