Amendment, Modification and Addition in HB Vol.2
Public Notice No. 42 dated 1st December 2000
Attention is invited to Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended and Paragraphs 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended from time to time.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/ modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended.
3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A� to this Public Notice shall be made.
4. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
Chemicals and Allied Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.A-2482, the new entries from Sl.No.A-2483 to A-2515 shall be added as per Annexure �B� to this Public Notice.
Engineering Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.C-1574, the new entries from Sl.No.C-1575 to A-1577 shall be added as per Annexure �C� to this Public Notice.
Food Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.E-81, the new entries Sl.No.E-82 to E-89 shall be added as per Annexure �D� to this Public Notice.
Plastic Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.H-423, the new entries Sl.No.H-424 to H-434 shall be added as per Annexure �E� to this Public Notice.
5. This issues in public interest.
