Amendments/ corrections in standard input output norms
Public Notice No. 4 dated 31st March 2001
Attention is invited to Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended and Paragraphs 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended from time to time.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended.
3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A� to this Public Notice shall be made.
4. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
Chemicals and Allied Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.A-2552, the new entries from Sl.No.A-2553 to A-2668 shall be added as per Annexure �B� to this Public Notice.
Electronics Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.B-230, the new entry from Sl.No.B-231shall be added as per Annexure �C� to this Public Notice.
Engineering Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.C-1600, the new entries from Sl.No.C-1601to C-1656 shall be added as per Annexure �D� to this Public Notice.
Food Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.E-94, the new entries from Sl.No.E-95 to E-102 shall be added as per Annexure �E� to this Public Notice.
Leather Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.G-47, the new entry from at Sl.No.G-48 shall be added as per Annexure �F� to this Public Notice.
Sports Goods
After the existing entry at Sl. No. I-29, the new entries from at Sl. No. I-30 to I-34 shall be added as per Annexure �G� to this Public Notice.
Textile Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.J-333, the new entries from Sl.No.J-334 to J-345 shall be added as per Annexure �H� to this Public Notice.
Miscellaneous Products
After the existing entry at Sl.No.K-128, the new entries at Sl.No.K-129 to K-134 shall be added as per Annexure �I� to this Public Notice.
5. This issues in public interest.
