Amendments in Authorities Issuing RCMC - 3.12 (RCMC from Shellac Export Promotion Council)

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
1. In para 3.12 after the existing 2nd sub para which reads as �Notwithstanding anything stated above, exporters of Drugs & Pharmaceuticals shall obtain RCMC from Pharmexcil only�, the following shall be added
�Further, exporters of minor forest produce and their value added products shall obtain RCMC from Shellac Export Promotion Council.�
This issues in Public interest.
