NOTIFICATION No. 78 (RE-2008) / 2004-2009
NEW DELHI, Dated: 14^th January, 2009

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Foreign Trade Policy:

1.  After Para 3.10.7, the following Para is inserted.
   
   “3.10.8 For exports of special products/sectors, the duty credit scrip under this scheme shall be 2.5% of FOB value of exports; and such products/sectors, along with their linked markets, and admissible date of exports, shall be notified in Table 12 of Appendix 37D of HBPv1.”
   
   This issues in Public Interest.
