In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE2008.
1. In Table 14 of Appendix 37A of the HBP v1, the following is added after Sr. No. 1:
Table 14. – New VKGUY products
Note: The products included in this Table shall be entitled for duty credit scrip on exports made w.e.f 1.4.2008. |
